yeah, never heard of someone have it in the uk.
i have actually no idea because i've never had it before, but loads of people have had it n said its amazing. it sounds quite nice. i think its really popular in america which is why not many ppl in the uk have had it hence you asking what it's like

I had it ages ago, and it was really nice. Its hard to kind of explain (since it was ages ago) but it was just kind of like ground meat squashed into a loaf, so really it just tastes of the meat and whatever other things are in it.

when people are describing it it sounds nice i should rly try it one day

It's prevalent in the USA. I've never had it before, but I've had an onion loaf over there.
I've had lentil loaf like loads and that is delicious though so I guess meatloaf is ok.

I tried Meatloaf with bbq sauce when I was on holiday in California and it tasted like a burger.
