Well you certainly got the vibrant colours bit right!
I actually like it in a way, from the way it looks it'd be quite easy to navigate yourself round it. ;)

Lol that was a joke, I really like this it sort of jumps out at you, the only problem i find is that the Navigation and the Side boxes jump out at me where as the content is just sitting there like this omg help me read me !!!<< there's text there by the way if you cant see it ;)
