My old one is dead and I need to buy a new one and I dont really have the money to spend but this is the best that I have been able to find on my price range. There is anothe one I like but its an extra £20 but will take about 6 weeks to get it delivered because they have to do what ever. Anyway the one above I can get it tomorrow because I need it asap because I have lost all of my coursework that I needed for when I go back to school on the 7th.

Anyway, comments on this deal?

Edit: It comes with vista home premium at the minute but when the windows 7 update comes out I get the premium update totally free of charge, just gotta sent it off for about a week though.

My instinct tells me me you can probably get more for the money. Do you desperately need the monitor? If you don't you can get a much nicer machine. If you only need a low power thing for schoolwork, go for an Acer Aspire Revo or something which will save you a few hundred quid.

Its mainly for school work but I use it a bit for downloading, and gaming etc. And I dont desperately need a 22inch screen but its an extra 30pound to the standard 19'' that comes with it :{

I really need it today so any other ideas that can be brought instore?

For £406 you could get

Slightly better pc: (217) http://www.ebuyer.com/product/168998
20" moniter (100): http://www.ebuyer.com/product/164840
And Windows 7: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/167597 *

* Currently vista but includes free upgrade to 7 when its out.

Ebuyers delivery time is excellent, ive always ordered the free within 5 day's delivery, most time's the stuff has appeared the next day, i've yet to have an order take over 2 days from ebuyer, (not includeing weekends)

Just a suggestion :)

Looks fine to me. If you uber in to gaming the response time aint fastest, but honestly i doubt you'd ever really notice the difference :)

I have an acer monitor, the only real gripes I have with it are the slow bootup time (about 5 seconds while it plays around showing it's acer logo) and the viewing angles aren't the best, probably around 140 degrees. But they're good value for money and the picture is pretty nice.

5 seconds is fine if you switch it on when you power up the computer.
Hopefully, it should all be here by wednesday at the latest :D

THANKS TO ALL XXXXXXXXXXXX
