Windows Media Player Problem

If i put a CD into my laptop + open it with windows media, it'll come up with japanese (im guessing) characters as the names.
Then when i rip them, i cant change the file names, whats up with that :S

Very strange problem, have you tried changing the names of the files in Windows Explorer?

Is it like this with every cd? or just this one cd. If it's with just one then i guess it's a foreign cd? if it's every cd then I have know idea :(
