I've made this thread to see what everyone thinks their team ratings may be, and what they think other player and team ratings may be for FIFA 10. :)

I think four stars is right for us as only a few teams reach 5 stars, with all the other greatest teams in the world reaching four and a half stars, which isn't us just yet. :P Bent should be 80 IMO.

Ah well, the Mod's will probably move it then, but I want to see everyones views in this section, as I'm not sure if they even look at that section, because I don't and I didn't even think of posting it there to be honest as I only really use this section and a couple of others rarely.

Fair enough.

And when I added the players to our team and removed Elano etc we're five stars. All done via stats, the workers don't randomly decide what star they'll be. :P

I can't tell about FIFA 09 as my xbox broke. :/ So the closest I can see what are team may be like is FIFA 08, which isn't too great as Adebayour is only 78 with Bojinov on 79! lmao.

Trust me, Ireland won't be badly rated on FIFA... He's player of the season for us last season, he came close to winning young player of the year (which I think he should have done) last season.

In my opinion that's what it will be for us. I missed out 6 players but there not major players. It depends though, if they do the ratings based on last season or start of this season. If its the 2nd, then they might even be higher.

I think we will be a 4 and a half star team :)

As for Man City people thinking 5 Stars... your crazy. Hardly any team are 5 Stars, maybe Barca and Madrid but that's about it. City will be 4 at least, probably 4 and a half.

Its nothing about where you are in the tables, its based on the average player ratings, thats why when you make a dreamteam on a league 2 team they will go to 5 stars.

If people like robinho, tevez, adebayor and stuff are rated quite high then we could easily be 5 star.

5 Stars is all players on average 85 I think. You won't have that average. Also, I think it's also done on Team Chemistry or something like that but I might be wrong on that.

Not really. Are you basing this all on Fifa 09? Seeing as alot of ratings of players change I doubt you can say anything for sure, except the obvious. I think Arsenal will be 4 and a half and same with Man City. Liverpool will be 5 in my opinion.

You can't base any of the ratings on Fifa 09 really, as ratings change a lot between the games. I mean, United seem to have strength in depth, Chelsea maybe even more so, Arsenal have quality youngsters and even 2 of their arguably best players back from injury. Aquilani isn't that bad, probably in the top 5 players for Liverpool. I know most teams would like to have him. Reina is a decent keeper and Carragher isn't overrated, he's very dedicated and a decent defender. Johnson is a good RB imo, he is very attacking and has skill for a RB which works very well with some teams. Just because he's 17 doesn't mean he won't be rated highly. I'm not saying in the 80's, but between 75-79 probably. I did say 80 in my first post I think but I'd take that down to about 77.

Higher than 75 is ridiculous. Yes, it does. In the game's mind it does. Very rarely, if at all, will you find a player under 18, with OVR of over 75.

Higher than 75 is ridiculous. Yes, it does. In the game's mind it does. Very rarely, if at all, will you find a player under 18, with OVR of over 75.

It's not ridiculous. That's what I think. You might think differently which is fine but as an Arsenal fan I think that he should be between 75-79, doesn't mean that he will be but that's what I think he should be. I agree, they are weaker by selling Alonso, much weaker but I think Carragher is worth a rating of around 85, which is the 5 star border.
