Hey, my mum has jus got a laptop but she has developed a problem with it.
when she turns it on, it goes to the windows loading screen, then the screen flickers then the laptop reboots and it keeps doing this.
i think it is something to do with the OS (Operating System) as it used to happen to my PC but i would just format to solve the problem.
but i am afraid the laptop is that old it doesn't have a floppy or disk drive and she doesn't have a compatible external disk drive.
so what i was wondering is if there is any way to solve the problem either without formatting or without using a disk/floppy drive.
i was also wondering if there is anyway to connect it to my PC and do a format that was or somthing?
