Screen setup

Im not really new to wow but just have never bothered to change the setup and layout of my client whilst playing so obviously I dont know how its done. Can someone please explain what addons or whatever are need to change the layout please.

Well depends, if u want looks, then the ones i suggested + sexy map is nice. But i dno about other 'looks', but if u want something useful (eg, a damage meter such as recount), then we could probaly help you.
