Number 2.

Japanese Teamaker

There was quite high demand for them a while back when people were making churches etc. Since then Habbox increased the value to 0.8 and have recently dropped it to 0.6. I had 1 in my shop for quite a while and had to result in selling it for 5 creds (0.4) when it was 0.8. Shop owners are easily persuaded to go lower on their little houses because there is no demand for them, although the value is 0.6. You can buy these for 4-5 creds, even 3 creds if you try. Especially with it being in the catalogue atm for 5 credits, I think the value of the teamaker should be 0.3 or 0.4.

Ice Patch

The value for the ice patch is 0.35. I have had around 10 in my hand for a few months now. I started the price at 5 creds each and had to result to selling them for 3 creds each today. I have been in shops trying to buy these thinking I could sell for more. I bought 5 earlier for 2 creds each and later sold them for 3 creds each. If your lucky you could get a buyer for 4 creds each as my friend found out. This is why I think the value of the ice patch should be lowered to 0.25.

Pop-up Egg

Shop owners and people in Trade City sell these cheaper than the value Habbox have given them, 0.35. You can buy these for 2-3 creds each without a problem (The only people who really buy them are girls with bacon hair!). This is no lie - I have had 2 pop-up eggs for around 1 and a half months now (2 of them weeks I have been on holiday, though) and I have been lowering my price for them every time someone declines it. Some guy said "eww" to me after I told him my 2 pop-up eggs were 5 creds - thats 2.5 creds each. I think the value for these eggs should be 0.25 or even 0.2.

Heart Sofa

One of my favourite pieces of furniture but sadly valued wrong by Habbox in my opinion. These are easily buyable in shops for 3-4 creds (0.25) and even 2.5 creds each as I once found out. I buy these sofas for 3 credits each and sell them for 4 credits each making a profit. Although some shops demand a price of 5 creds (0.4), I think there are too many people selling them for cheaper prices for it to be valued at 0.4. Therefore I think the value of the 'love sofa' should be dropped to 0.3.

Sorry I haven't included how many times I have seen a trade for these items, but I'm sure the amount of detail given should cover that.

I hope you enjoyed my report! :)
