AACS Key Renewal?

I eventually got my Blu Ray drive changed by Sony but now when I go to play a BD, InterVideo WinDVD BD says my 'AACS Key' needs updating but the supplied link does nothing.

I imagine I'm best calling Sony (again...) but if anyone knows anything that could solve this it would greatly help.
