What's the best and worst trade you ever made?

Based on Habbox's Rare Values, what would you say is the best and worst trade you ever did?

For example, sometime near the end of last year, I sold my Yellow Strobe for about 10HCs. This would have been my worst because of the sudden surge in the value of this, peaking at 100CS. However that was probably topped when I came back to Habbo a few weeks ago and sold my Gold Dragon (Habbox Value: 9T at the time) for 11T. This seemed like a great trade at the time, but obviously in hindsight, it wasn't :P.

However my best trade ever has to be when I bought a DJ Deck for around 6HCs (I don't remember exactly how much I paid, but it was worth about 6T at the time and was years before it was released).

So, what are yours? :)

My best would probably be............ buying a throne for 10hc? who knows..

Worst.. none, i never got into the whole trade thing tbh.. so i never got ripped off ;)

I wouldn't say I was ripped off. The Gold Dragon had been at 9T for a relatively long time and once I sold for 11T, it set the ball rolling as it gradually started to rise.

So tbh, if I hadn't sold it, it would probably still be around 9T until someone offered even more to someone than the 11T I was offered.

it seems a regular occurance that even i get a super, i keep for awhile and sell and a week or two later it ends up sky rocketing.

latest worst deal i made was i paid 45.0 for my diner poster which i sold for 20.0 that basically meant days and days of getting profit was wasted although i did get 6 violet lasers

Lol. You know the "Beige Pura Egg Chair", well a Chair_Basic the original name of that.

And it caused a lot of hassle because people got confused about the colours as there were 3 different ones released.

Few years back bought a T for like 30c of norms, although the throne was only worth about 25hc at the time.

Bought 24 Snow Rugs For 25 hc, Sold For 20 hc

Bought about 50 oil lamps at 2 per hc, sold them for about 18 hc altogether cause nowone was interested haha

Oh you just reminded me! I once had a small room full of norms and someone walked in and offered me a Throne for it all. Must have only been about 50 or so norms, if that. I'm sure he gave me the Throne in the first trade as well because there was only 6 trade boxes so it took about 5 trades or something :P. I think this was before I knew about Habbox as well.

Your worst trade is called "bricking it", you will never ever make profit from doing that.

You should have kept them and followed through for profit, as I'd say you could have got atleast what you paid for if you waited.

Back when scripters wer around, someone created a Chess Board. Bought it for 30t (back in the day that was nothing) And you couldnt place it in the room or trade it without a certain program. Habbo then removed it later that week. God i was gutted -,-
