I know exactly where you are coming from when you put how common the rares are, but doesn't it seem a little odd, having items in the super rares section being called common, when technically they are super rare :P.

Not really, the typo for isntance, is a common rare. It used to be given out to a person every week in the newsie for years and years. It was never sold in the catalogue or as part of a promotion so it makes it a super rare. How ever, the fact that 100's were given out makes it a common super etc etc. If your new to the system then it may not make sense but to the majority I think it does make sense and improves the guide further.

We're just trying this system out now, it can always be changed. Is there another word that could replace common but has the same meaning (if you know what i mean :S)

The only one I can think of is like popular but then people might think the values going up or w.e :P

As I said, I know where you're coming from.

But if you see the technicality of it all.

It's SUPER rare, but it's common. That's practically the opposites of each other.

I think the system is fine as it is. People just need to understand the various terms.

Normal Rare vs Super Rare refers to whether the Rare has been released in the catalogue or not.

However the new system with, 'Common', 'Rare', 'Very Rare' etc describes their quantity in circulation. I think it's worth noting that these labels should not be taken out of context. For example, a Super Rare marked 'Common' is not the same as a Normal Rare marked 'Common'. It is simply suggesting the item is common in Super Rare terms.

You kind of have to just ignore that similar words are used in these descriptions :P (the first description being released or not, the second being quantity).

Hope I made sense :).
