So, what do you think of this setup?

Well, here it is,

Intel core 2 quad processor
9800 GT nvidia graphics card
Dvd writer, card reader, wifi
Vista - May upgrade to windows 7

Now I'm assuming this will run games smoothly????

CPU could be better, but it is pretty good already

the processor could be better?? i'm not going for extreme haha its quad so thats good enough? Also 4gb ram atm but I may upgrade it to 8-16 gb when I have enough money and he couldnt remember because he had just jotted it down but its between 2.4 - 2.8 ghz I wanted up to like 3 point something but its quad so I doubt I need more tbh :)

There's no harm in going for more ;) Games are only going to get more resource intensive, so if you buy something that's only adequate now it'll be out of date in 6 months time!

You'll be updating the motherboard too if you do decide to upgrade in the future.

Oh well, i thought you could just update the processor any time but if you can't guess you can't w.e. im happy with the setup now i guess sounds great to me better than an average pc.
