I Need Room Ideas

Well i wanna create a room where i can offer people Jobs. i don't want a resturaunt or cafe and also i'm not into the mafia stuff lol as them mafias are pointless. Anyways i did try and create a help center but they ain't too popular soo anyone got any ideas for a room which i could make where i could give some people job's but not too many people.
