I dont see why everyone hates collectables?
there basicly the same as rares, same time in cato,
plus theres alot more benfits in collectables - theres allways a range with them, with every range theres a competion and a new range of furni :)

But They look horrible. lol
Many people are Furni shallow and base there purchases on looks and that is why they are majorly unpopular.
Not many people care for the Around the world collection or the recent Sci-fi collectables
because they are very ugly. And they are not that good in a room.
The totem however seems to be the most popular collectable so far (well the 3 parts), reaching 18hcs at max. The totem is popular because it generates 4 special effects for the habbo.

I dont think the Around the world collectables are ugly. There only a range of furniture on habbo so why bother hating them.

The totem pole (all 3 totem parts together), once reached the Habbox value of 18 club sofas.

They're nothing like the quality of the old original Rares. As well as that, it was more exciting when you knew each new Rare would probably be completely different to the last and weren't usually related to events (like all the Collectables seem to have been so far?).
As for the Totem; that would no doubt be popular as it's the first type of furni we've had of its kind. It's made up of three interchangable pieces of furni which all combine to create something else that even has secret powers! I always thought that it would have been nice if maybe new Habbos were able to look inside Fridges and Minibars and maybe find 1 or 2 Credits (like on Coke Music), basically hidden secrets, and to me that's what the Totem is like :).

Would be a silly thing to find creds in minibars, because then youll have rich "noobs"
The Totem was awesome tho.

Why can't "noobs" be rich? :S Besides I didn't mean like a Gold Bar every time you click it! :P Maybe the first time you use a minibar after purchase, you get a Credit back, idk. They did it on Coke Music.

I don't hate collectibles I just preferred recolours. :D

Rares were all boring recolours to me. There was a time when everyone on Habbo complained about recolours, but now everyone seems to love them because they were "Rares".
I personally prefer the collectables. With rares you'd expect a screen, a pillar, a pillow. With collectables, it's a brand new piece of furniture. Let's be serious, who expected a gondala and a clog? :)

Fair point. I always hated recolours. I think it was before I realised they're all part of sets of 10 that mostly match up. Although I'm still not too keen on most of them.

But any room with the Collectables look horrible.
What room would you rather walk into and stay there, a room full of Dragons (etc)
Or a room full of yellow Clogs and Finishing Saunas and Cryogenic Beds :/

I know you didn't specify it; a room full of an item is generally a storage room :P. And I don't know who Zelo is?
