Would it be possible to;

Order a package from amazon.co.uk and have it delivered to my local post office (Put the shipping address as the post offices address), then take ID down and pick it up?

Do I have to have a PO box to do this or will they just hold it?

You will need to buy a P.O box.

Ordering something you don't want your parents to find out eh? :P

If you miss a parcel you can usually arrange a redelivery to your local post office branch, so I can imagine it's okay to send it there in the first place too.

If that's the case, then you'll need to contact them in advanced or else they won't know what the hell to do with it.

haven't some companies got a service where the parcel is delivered to the post office to await collection? don't know if amazon do this.. and if they don't, get a P.O box or go speak to the people at the post office.

I reckon it's possible, if you ask them you can find out. Seems stephen is right... *Cough*
