I bought something off eBay with an eBay GC but my paypal account got limited (Probably because i just created the account)
Anyways it's limited and i have no intentions of getting it unlimited.
Will the 180 days withdraw thingy come into effect even if it's a GC balance? (There's no money in paypal, just GC balance)
I understand that you cannot withdraw a GC balance to your bank?
