Missing fonts?

Ive noticed now that I have re-installed windows onto my laptop that I am either missing fonts or the items are not bold enough :S

Everything looks too thin compared to before, is there any type of update I can do or anything to fix this?

Has anyone ever had this problem before?

You need to enable cleartype.
