Layout Coding

Hello!

I have been looking for the 2007 habbo layout and finally i found it! So.. I edited it a bit but i need someone to code it..

Here are the 2 images, just PM me if you want to code it for me :)

The reason there is 2 is a bit obvious.. on the home page there is the extra news thing, ALSO speaking about that.. If you can code that so that when you click the 1 2 or 3 the image changes (Image will be where the yellow box is) and when you click the image it will link to another page (Individual images go to different links)

I need it doing for free (:() because i don't have any money D:
