Help getting str xp.

Hey there, Im currently trying getting my str up for my Range pker. I have already got 30 str but i would like to get it to 60, i can get it to 60 without raising any combat levels because of pker being a range pure.
My question is is there a way i can raise my Str without gaining HP xp (therefore not gaining any combat levels).

I tried soul war and it kicked me out after 15 minutes because my slayer was low so i wasn't able to help kill any of the npcs.

Don't kill the npcs, just fight the other players and you'll gain zeal if your team wins.

Lose = 1 Zeal
Tie = 2 Zeal
Win = 3 Zeal

i think pest control is the fastest, you get quite a few points and a game takes about 5 minutes
