Hiii,
Another annoying question.
I was wondering if you can still ring the habbo london office? All I've been able to find is there email. I've emailed them, but I dont know what their response time is like, anyone know what kinda response time is like?
Last question, what kinda details will they need for account retrieval?
The London office number is: 020 7871 0346
Their response time is usually 48 hours after you have sent your email, depending on weekend/bank holidays.
You don't get any further by phoning them as email is just as efficient, if not more as it gives both ends time to think about replies so that they make the right decision, usually in your favour.
For account retrievals you need details of:
* Email address used to create the account
* Details of any other email addresses on the account
* Your ISP (Internet server provider - AOL, BT, Virgin Media etc)
* Details of any bans on the account
* Details of all Credit transactions and payment methods (credit card, mobile phone, home phone etc - if you used a phone, please include the phone number too!)

That's no way near the whole list they send you.
Edit: Here's the list:

Your short-list may be similar but it's way too vague.

Half the questions are stupid. I don't need to own the account to know when it was created or when it last logged in for example.
Yeah, they also ask you for 5 friends from your friends list and stuff like that.
And the list I gave is from the Habbo website :P I am fully aware they reply asking for even more details :), that probably being when you don't supply enough information in the begginning.

Alright calm down. I don't see the point in adding even more questions which the answers to can be easily obtained from the user's Habbo Home :P.

I think rooms made and friends on list are old ones. They asked me that like two years ago when I was retrieving an account, they asked me to name 5 friends haha and at that time I had 5 habbo staff on my list so used them haha.

Well I've sent them;
Name of account and registered date,
Email Address,
ISP and static IP,
Previous Bans, dates and reason,
Credits, what and which phone number.
Date of birth,
A list of 10 friends.
Other accounts list.
All rooms on one account, 10 on another.
That surely should be everything they need

It's such a piss take because the account I was trying to get back was one I haven't been able to get on for about 4 years so I don't remember any of details about Credits and various other things.
Surely they can just check the IPs and see if they match?
just fill out the list given by robald and u will be fine for the last question i just mentioned some of the ppl on my console and i was not asked for more infromation or told i haveing supplyed enough i got my account bk.
there reply time is usealy with in 48 hours but some times it can take longer if u want your account unbanned faster just ring them and supply the information i did this and was unbanned with in a matter of minitues.
Tip: when ringing dont leave a message on the answer machine they never get bk to u for ages just keep trying till someone picks up.

I emailed them with everything they may need, if they dont get back to me by monday or so I will ring them.
If you ring them, you usually have to leave a message for them to get back to you anyway.

I've got my account back, krimzen now. But they didn't return my alt account. Gahh, So sent them another email to ask them to give that account back, too.

you cant alt furni into your hand but cna pick all furni in a room by typing :pickall you get a warning of what it'll do so just click 'OK' :)
