One month till 'Stargate: Universe' starts

Can't wait, it should be exactly 30 days until the first show hits the torrents! It's going to be two hours long as well. It will air on Sky1 in the UK on the sixth of october.

I'm looking forward to it, but not as much as Atlantis when that first came out. I think they're going to ruin it tbh and I don't think that it will be good at all. My favourite will always be Atlantis.

It wont be as good however it will have more viewers from TV shows like Lost and Heroes. It's a little less Sci-Fi and a bit more social interaction. At least there will be some stargate movies coming out next year.

Yes indeed. One of the characters in SGU is gay, which put me off.

As one of the most successful and long-running TV series, yes. Although, ratings are gradually going down which has caused the cancellation of the original and the spinoff. They're trying to reboot it with SGU, and quite frankly I think they will fail.

Yes. It should be left dead. The film that kicked it off is nearly 15 years old now, and the series' have run their course.

However, they're going to want high ratings and this show will supply that. Less popular, yes, still popular, yes.
