Tonight Bulldogs are Verusing Tigers in the hope to win the Minor Premiership, but as long as Dragons LOSE to Eels we will win the MP. If Dragons win and we lose they become MP's if both teams win or lose then we are still MP's. It's a bit of a shame that Bulldogs didn't beat that round against Dragons because even the Ref's Boss cam out and admitted we should have won the game after a perfectly good try was denied to the Bulldogs in the last seconds of the game.

Cant say I understand what your talking about in the first sentence. football is the worlds most popular sport but thats due to many reasons, eg. all you need is a round ball that, in poorer countries, can be made out of rags. The rules are very simple. Football is a lot older as union evolved from football and league and gridiron both evolved from union (I seriously think that rugby league, and I know almost all rugby league fans will agree, that rugby league would be contending for that spot as the worlds most popular sport if it wasn't for the super league wars, but you probably dont fully understand that). Football tickets around the world are a lot cheaper than rugby league tickets as league (and union, and afl, and grid iron all) needs much better facilities (for example, look at old trafford and compare it to anz stadium, which can hold more fans?) Football doesn't have such a low salery cap (if any) but rugby league does. Football can be played by anyone of any race and size that have average physical qualities, they just need to learn skill where as sports such as league and union (afl is the same as football in this case) you need to be born with seperate qualities to be born into seperate positions on the field and either you have potential or you dont. Rugby league, union, ect costs a lot more to play in minor leagues (for children) as gear gets destroyed a lot more! And the last one I can think of (because it's quite late in Australia) is that we dont get enough people playing when they are younger because of over protective perants... Ever heard of the term, soccer mum?

I've got a text book here saying that Australia suffered the third most casualties in world war one after New Zealand and France (in ratio to our population) and we had the most soldiers in ratio fighting in the war. I also dont thinky ou would have requested our help unless needed, correct? As I recall, you requested us to free the water ways through the dardanelles to allow Russia to be resupplied.Thats when Australian soldiers landed on Gallipoli. And, also, (true fact btw) while we were fighting for you two of your commanders landed us on the wrong beach allowing us to be slaughtered. You called on Aussies in france, Dradanelles, Africa, and many other places to save you (new zealand was at all of those) and New Zealand was also at Hill 60 to save your ass.

Andrew Fisher thought that helping us out would be a good way to show how loyal they were to it's "mother country" which you liked to hold close ties to. Along with looking loyal you would gain respect from other countries like France, India, America etc making it easy to trade and build connections.

No. You didn't try and prevent last time a referendum was passed on the subject therefore you do not control us. And seriously, if it was n't for Australia and New Zealand in the war you would have had a 50/50 chance of losing it from that point. If it was just a favour then why did we get slaughtered on the beaches of Gallipoli 20 000 miles away from home for you.
