Despite my hatred of Perez Hilton I think it's extremely harsh to class him as a "Child Pornographer", he doesn't deserve to be ranked with the 60 year-old paedophiles you hear about. Distributing publicly available pictures of people in the media interest who are a year or two under is no where near as much of a crime as what you'd normally class as child pornography.

I don't like the guy at all but those pics aren't anything CLOSE to child porn, the "worst" one shows a bit of boob but no more than you'd see in anyone wearing a bikini (link here if interested (http://thecobrasnake.com/partyphotos/badbeats/IMG_3115.html)), this is just stupid. More likely is that he could now get done for real slander because he's actually calling Demi and Bruce's parenting skills to question, which is none of his concern

I know it isn't really classed as child porn, it isn't as if there's nudity but I reckon they'll still try sue him or something for that.

How this could possibly be classed as child pornography is beyond me... he had no right to say what he said, criticising their parenting skills yet he crosses the line time over time, that's how he got his "fame" originally anyway. Don't see the huge drama myself.

Haha, he was getting really cocky on Twitter like a proper camp guy.. He kept responding to their insults with a comeback followed by "xox" etc. Makes me laugh, but I hope he gets sued for harrasment or something, he's so fake. He's always insulting Miley Cyrus on PerezHilton.com then on Twitter he's acting all friendly, very fake..
