Not a bad layout. But woah you need to squint your eyes to see that site.
Need a bit more detail on a lot of things, you've rushed to get lot's of pages.
While as me i'm taking my time doing the homepage at the moment.

The site is poorly made. Try using tables instead of Div aligns(Co-ordinate ones).
