I've started up an internet and social media news website, http://tekcube.net , but have found myself unavailable to post more than one article per day as such.

I'm really aiming to find someone who can post 2-3 articles per day -- every day of the week apart from weekends.

Most of the news can be found out from various other websites, I just want some short rewrites of these news.

I've found the easiest way to pay people who work for a site where they post articles, is to allow them to add an advertisement at the bottom of their articles (from google, bidvertsier) so the more hits their articles get the more money they get, a great incentive to post more and interesting articles, also you dont have to pay a thing.

I could do with something like this, as i'm on like hours a day, with nothing to do but visit HxF :( :P

Yeah sure; I mean if you're working for me I can allow you to put at the bottom of your post some text saying "Written courtesy of http://website.com" or something, until I can pay you. Or I could include a custom ad to appear on the front page and just ad your site there depending on how many articles you post. Or even affiliation.

Well i mean people wouldnt want to paid if you allowed them a google ad at the bottom linked to there account, as they'd get money per visit to there article.

They get paid, but you don't spend a thing. I dont know it was just a thing i did once worked well, i got all the money i recieved, and didnt have to pay. Where as they were happy and tried ot get as many article hits as they could.

I'm not wanting to use google ads; I want to stray away from adverts such as that as of the moment. How will it earn them money?

Well say i worked there, i add a google ad linked to my google account at the bottom of every on of my articles, then everytime someone visits one of my articles i earn a few pence.

Therefore i could earn like a tenner a week, and you don't pay a thing. Also it will make me post LOTS and very interesting articles so people visit them so i make my monies.

It's win win.

I want to apply. I sent a pm days ago but idk what happened, got no reply... I can write about 3-5 articles a day (depending on what intresting news is happening and how busy I am) and I can do it every day of the week. I always use spell checkers with articles and those types of things so there shouldn't be any typos when I write and I've had plenty experience with wordpress, not that you really need any, it's very basic.

This site is actually a really good idea, it could build upon the Twitter principle of citizen reporters to get info fast meaning that your site could have news faster than anybody else. You would make it so that anyone can submit a story, then they get reviewed, and finally the author gets 70% of the ad money from their article.
