Hows this motherboard?

I need a new mobo, atm, I have an Inte DP35DP which SUCKS. Can't do anything on it :/

I need it cheap though, due to budget xD, what wuld this be like, and I can never underdtand the ram LOL; would it take 5300 and 6400 ram?


And what would it be like overclocking an E8400 duo?
Or if canyone can recomend one around the same price?

It's a decent board for normal use, but I have doubts about any decent overclocking.

It will be fine with your RAM speeds, but you probably aren't going to do any overclocking with it.
