Yerr, Pretty much in the title.
I'm a pretty as much as I hate to use the word, chilled out person. I'm easy going most of the time and take most of things in my stride and would take appeasement most of the time over conflict.

But lately, maybe for the last two years or something, when people really annoy me or go wrong by me. I see red, I just kinda flip out and could say lose control of what I do, either physical or via words. It's really stupid. I hate getting angry, there's no point to it, I just can't help it. If someone's pissing me off I will tell them were to go, having problems with it. There's a few triggers on this too, liars, chavs and people who think they are perfect and everyone else is the problem.

Hmm,
So I don't even know how this is going to help, unless someone has some advice or goes through the same thing?
It really strains some relationships with people when I start to get angry because they are just been pure *****/************ or what ever and call them out, or just plain wrong. :(

Same with me but I don't hate the world just most of the people living in it

As said above go to anger management classes. They'll teach you how to calm your temper. This should sort out your problem.

Well it could just be your age with changes in hormones etc. Everyone goes through angry phases. Might be an idea to have a chat with someone close to you about it.

Don't go to anger management classes. Punch their faces in, it'd be much more therapeutic and cheaper too!

Thinking about what I said about the anger management. Maybe go see a councillor who you can talk too and they may be able to sort you out. As Catzy said talking to someone will be good & your temper might be sorted in no time.

take up a sport like boxing, or even jogging, anything that makes you work hard means you can use your frustration to do better in any sport you choose.

I personally don't trust overly calm people or people that are overly nice. I feel like they are hiding something and they will eventually go nuts. I have a friend and his mom is all like "Hi, how are you, do you need anything" but I guess she's a ******* ****, like she freaks out over the littlest things, and that drives me NUTS.

Or she could just be nice :P

I was like this last year, ******* *******s ******* pissing the ****!!

I got into rages and slowly people started pissing me off on purpose and I was like **** OFF YOU ******* **** GO **** YOUR MOTHER UP THE ******* ASS. But this year I've become calmer over the holidays I cooled, cus no one was around to annoy me. Go on Holiday it helps it's good cus no one knows you and you're not staying there :)

Thanks for the tips. I will try get some anger out on my motorbike or something when I get some spare time.

In view to sport, I tried that and failed, in a football career over the last 3 years or what ever I have,
Broke someones Jaw,
Broke someones arm,
Knocked out 2 teeth,
Broke someones ribs. (3)

Yer.. I get carried away sometimes. :|

Inseriousity.

Yeah I think catzsy's hiding something :P

Just take your mind off the things you get angry about (friends, family, annoying computer mouses that dont move when you need it to (or is that just me?) by doing something you enjoy, like the motorbike you suggested :)

Hmm, when I have my 'moments' I black out and don't remember a thing, LITERALLY', it's as though I've been to sleep. What I've done is that I find having a partner helps. The last two girlfriends of mine have been able to come me down relatively easy.
