Right sooo, Ebuyer probably wont have the RAM I want in stock (OCZ Reaper 1066Mhz 4GB) so I'm wondering if any of you guys could reccomend me a RAM kit with the following specs:

4GB mem
1066mhz
under 65 quid pls.
overclockable... if poss.

I mean the OCZ Reaper RAM is good, but if you can think of any alternatives then that'd be great. Thank youuu! :) I'll +rep whoever I can.

Generally Crucial Balistix and Corsair Dominator are the ones you go for for overclocking.

Any DDR2 ram over 800Mhz is a waste of money.

Don't forget if you're getting 4GB RAM you're going to need a 64 bit OS, so don't forget that in your price range. :)

Explain.

DDR2 at high frequency is good because it has lower latency than DDR3.

I've got a 64-bit OS already :P I'll check these out, and Ill seeee if I can +rep, hopefully I can.

EDIT: It's funny because I was looking at the Kingston HyperX RAM only today :P I think I mighttt go for the Corsair Dominator, only cuz I've heard good things about them. I'll see if I can scrape up 60 quid thouhg, cuz thats a pretty good deal for the fan as well.

Gr I tried to rep everyone I could but seems I aint spread it yet. Thats so irritating I swear, you all deserve rep. :p K I dont think I can fit the fan in my case as I've got a Artic Freezer Xtreme, its like a bigass chunk block of metal, so I doubt that'll fit. Might get the Dominators after all :)

You wont notice the difference in real-world stuff between 800 and 1066.

This. And also 800Mhz is alot better for overclocking the CPU as there is more headroom for the RAM frequency to increase when you start to reach those high FSB's.
