New MoBo Help

Hey, my mobo broke and will not recognise any hard drives so im going to buy a new one, but i need to know wether this will fit

my current mobo is a Gigabit GA-MA69VM-S2

the one i want is a
Asus P5KPL-AM iG31 Socket 775 onboard VGA 8 channel audio mATX Motherboard
