LOL this is a WEIRD question, ussually its the other way around but the plan is to do NO exercise at all and eat big macs.
If that fails, there are pills out there probs :/

make sure you do eat a variety of heathy stuff tho cos otherwise you'll start to get defficiencies and will get spots and ur skin will become worse,
eat foods high in fat,
bacon,
sausage,
milk(shake)

I've wanted to do this. Like for women if they wanted to they can go on the pill and thats gain their weight. Although if your looking to. Don't eat junk food as it is bad for you, so eat healthy foods with Omega 3 in such as salmon, tuna and walnuts. Some proteins are also good for you such as lean meats, seeds. Also eat some healthy carbohydrates, such as fruit & vegetables.
Don't ask how I know this, just learnt it all in school two years ago in GCSE Food Technology.
Hope it helps.
carbs like bread pasta etc etc still exercise to keep fit but you will bulk up and maybe do low weight and high reps to bulk up your muscle in your body because that is denser then fat so weighs more :D

Eat just that and you'll get high cholestrol and die from a heart attack o.O
OllzIsTasty is right though :)
I was the same, I never ate meat/vegetables/fruit but just crisps, toastys, pasta and sweets and was thin as ice.
But I started to do a bit of exercise, 20 pushups every night and those think arms will no longer look thin after a while. Then work on whatever part of the body. You don't need to make yourself look larger with fat, muscles is a better way or you can do the opposite and sit on your ass. Although remember the blood clot risk so atleast get up and jump 20 times then sit back down.

im in the same boat mate im like bottom end of ideal weight. my mates my age are the same weight almost as me and they are ideal weight but im classed as underweight on the wii fit unlike them. the reason is because im taller than them im around 5 ft 10.
i smoke but i eat healthily. i have alot of dairy like cheese and milk and alot of carbs like pasta.
when i make pasta i have a chunk of butter at the bottom which will melt and the pasta filling the bowl over it. i love buttery pasta. on top is aload of cheese. eating this is supposed to be the whole daily intake of calories 2500+ if the labels are correct. my coffees are really milky like 3 quarters of the mug. i eat alot of eggs and fish like prawns and i take cod liver oil tablets daily for omega 3..... i dont work out while im constantly on habbo and runescape sooo
that would indicate id eaily put on weight surely? wierdly i dont gain a pound. i have chocolate milshakes and fruit alot too

When people talk about eating all this crap and not gaining weight you should remember that a lot of you will still be growing and that's where most of the energy is going.
If you do start to put on weight it could be more prominent in different areas - for example it might show on one persons ass where someone else might develop a chubby face. If you really don't want to be thin anymore and you're all eating such massive amounts all you need to do is exercise. Just bulk up and you'll feel better about yourself.
