What should I do to my hair

I kinda want it cut but I've never had a good hair cut so it puts me off xD
The black is fadin' so I'll want to redye it a different colour I'm thinkin' brown but not sure what shade I don't want it to be dark though.

get it cut, and have more layers put in so it looks more choppy and not so heavy, and ask them to razor it, so it kinda looks messy.

Have it short, get rid of the horrific hair before you hit 18 and realise how silly you look!
