Someone most likely opened up a FTP program, went to the .se part of habbo (whatever you wanna call it), and uploaded the files :S

And why does it matter if the UK didn't get it first?

because UK is the test hotel, which means it gets everything first.

I think the UK tends to get the main versions first (since v18?) and not so much the builds. I could be wrong though...

Actually Seany, the Test Hotel is the test hotel. And this is a couple days old now.

Other than that, the UK still is meant to get the updates first as it is clashed as the pilot hotel.

just cause theres a build change doesnt mean there were updates added with the build, we mainly get the version update first

A test hotel is a hotel regular people cannot access. On those hotels, moderators get trained, Staff tests stuffs, and the most newer things get put on.
When the new features work okay in the test hotel (they have those in all languages), they are being put to their hotels. I don't knwo why .SE got a higher built then .UK.

UK is the pilot hotel, this means that the new releases come to the pilot BEFORE others receive them.
