There may be a problem with your domain name server (DNS) configuration.

This is what i get on my mum's laptop when trying to diagnos the problem. Im trying to connect to my wireless router, and yesterday it was working fine, but it isnt now. Ive tried googling and its all like lolwut.

Ive tried all this in CMD

ipconfig /renew
ping google.com
ipconfig /flushdns
ping IProuter

And nothing, they all fail or error or require elavation (***?) so yeh. im really stuck.

You mean logged in as admin or right clicking > Run as admin?

Also, what error does it give you?
