Where did you hear it?
Sometimes advertisers get bands/groups to write short songs specially for the advert, they're never released and used only for the advert. That may be the case here.

I have no idea, never heard that. It might have been in the background to an advert for a car or designed clothing or something, but I've never heard that.

its from an ad for the times style magazine or w/e and some tv show called 'fashionista diaries'. i was thinking it might be a commissioned song but its been on two different ads
