Even more proof that they were planning to put a camera in the iTouch 3gen.
Now, all we have to do, is wait for 3.1 to be JailBroken, then for someone to update Cycorder so it saves videos into the camera.app picture folder, and we get Video recording and editing! just like the 3GS.
Rumour going about is that a dev is currently planning to make a SBSettings toggle that will make the camera.app open up cycorder when turned on (and when turned off, it'll open the normal camera.app, and vice versa), which would make it even more like the 3GS!
