its nothing todo with her being white :S he just believed beyonce should of won and went too far. i believe hes lost quite a lot of respect in the music industry now, but everyone knows kanye is a complete arrogant idiot. mind you, its not the first time hes jumped on stage and declared someone else as the winner anyway (last time he said he should of won instead of timbaland...)

i already know hes getting loads of backlash, especially from celebrities on twitter. but hes done it before, and i wouldnt be surprised if he'll do it again. everyone knows that his attitude is poor, but he keeps on delivering good music so the latter overshadows everything.

He stole Taylor's mic and was standing next to her on a small stage, I don't think they'd cut it and move the cameras for that. Artists always interrupt acceptance speeches, it's not like this is something new and big.
The small amount of respect I had left for Kanye has now gone. He started as a great rapper/producer (still a good producer I'll give him that) but then he sold out to the white audience with his last two albums, utilising autotune almost as much as T-Pain does, and then somehow features on Jay-Z's Death Of Autotune. A little while ago he released a statement along the lines of "I'm the greatest, why won't people just let me be the god that I am?" when he was criticised. Made a couple of good beats for Blueprint 3 but that's not nearly enough for me to start liking him again

its not his place to go up on stage and voice his opinion - which is completely irrelevant in the context of the awards ceremony. hes done it numerous times before and doesn't understand the concept of either being humble or accepting whats happened without giving his almightly opinion. he just generally comes off like an arrogant ****, which now has lost him even more respect.

The best one I know of is ODB from Wu Tang Clan coming on stage during the "song of the year" award on the 1998 grammys, he just starts chatting about how Wu Tang is for the children and they should have won the hip hop award instead of Puff Daddy

I have to say I love his music and he's just a great artist but after this I will still continue to listen to his music no doubt about it, but I have lost all respect for him. He just seems extremely rude and he thinks he's a god which he is not.

Was nice of Beyoncé to do what she did afterwards but then again, she didn't really have a choice. She would have looked like a ***** herself if she just ignored the whole issue.
As for Kanye West, I already lost all respect for him as a person but if he calls that 'one of the best videos of all time', then I have also lost all respect for him musically. Actually Beyonce didn't get it because she won best overall video rather than just best female video. The video also got best choreography and best editing awards so it can't have been that bad
