They're the same exact thing except 1 has an extra post by -Undertaker-. Shouldn't the smaller one just be removed?

Ah, that must be why! Instead of editing it, they decided to fix by recreating the whole thread.

I will explain why some places have them "twice". When forums get merged into one, all the threads get moved and then it’s left like that. So then it will have more than one copy of the specific forum rules. All sorted now though.
