They have taken credit for the forum skin that Snex/Joss as made and released free. All images go to /images/blue.

I just thought it was funny. That people still try and rip free things.

Wow that's pretty sad, People can't just go around changing the copyright. I'm sure snex put valuable time and effort into this and what makes it worse is its not like snex was making them pay for it but its free...

they should just change the copyright back to how it was originally, I know for a fact if I designed that layout and someone went and done that even if they changed the copyright back I wouldn't allow them to use it.

Unless the free layout wanted a specific copyright notice put on, that notice is fine.

ur quote just showed that they created it.

And Snex's copy right is spose to say "Free Blue Skin Released by Snex" or something like that.

Can it be argued that while the layout was released, all rights were released with it and thus anyone can write anything on it? Or, even though it's released for free, can the original creator specify terms (e.g. a specific copyright notice)?

They could just be bad at English lol. If the copyright owner says they require a specific copyright notice and the user doesn't put it on, thn the owner of the copyright can Contact the host to get the site taken down
