Well its still the quickest thread ever to reach 100 pages if i do believe. reached a 100 within 30 mins or sumin redicoulious didnt it? And oww every1 hated him in the end becuase he kept re-opening it and every1 was calling him a bully LOL and thats where the orginial ---POWERMAD--- phrase came from i do believe, was funi as hell though, still got the pm he sent me when he fired me, wasnt very polite shall we say LOL :P

i report plenty i discuss the rules plenty, but i also have over 13 infractions and around 7 from the past 2 weeks. so i know theirs not any point in even trying, not that i would with all the college work.

having a good record is probably like 1 infraction standing or something. if it was ages ago it doesn't matter. hecktix has been fired before. so had paulmacc before he got smod. so was brandon and he's an admin! some of the mods were perm banned on old accounts but still mods, they know people grow up and what not. if it was a while ago it won't realy stand against you.

Its actually a well documented fact in the psychology field that favourite colours of socks, favourite flavours of pot noodles and liking doughnuts are important to determining a potential employee's suitability for a job. I shouldn't really say this, but there's a thread in the manager's forum with these questions in, every time we use one we cross it off. The list is massive so the managers never run out, meaning they'll always hire the best people.

ahhh the graphics team is nothing like it was before, theirs no enthusiasm in the team thats why i quit the second time.

i would join the graphics team in the future if it gained more of a enthusiastic team. And i don't think they take infractions against you they just choose if your good or not.
