For the Pirate day, there is a competition to design a Pirate Tattoo or a Pirate Flag
I love tattoos so this is my first time doing something related to it.
I loved the outcome and i hope I will be on the top 5 ;)

hmm i agree with you their rk, seeing as i like tribals rather than image tattoos.

but the red green and gold are rather in our faces, i'd say make them murkier, and even probaly kill the rose (so its dead not kill it from the whole alt lol)

The red shades of the bandanna are a little harsh. The skull symbolises death therefore a wilted rose would be indisputably more fitting than your vibrant one. The scimitar (or whatever it is?) seems small in comparison to the skull itself. Maybe this is a result of the evidently large cheeks or maybe the abundance of teeth; I don't know.

Also, I assume the wood and frame are just decoration and not part of the tattoo, so I won't bother commenting on how your wood doesn't look very... uh.. woody; with random light pixels put wherever because you couldn't be bothered with it. :D

looks pretty good. the contrast with the skull and the bright tone of red isn't great and the red coulda been toned down into a lesser red to make it suit what the skull resembles which is death.

yeah i can see the reg shades have a huge contrast but oh well my comp. sucks so when i come and use my sis imac everything is brighter..
