how do i hide my whois details? where i live etc.

you'd have to go with a company that offers ID protection.

submit a ticket to your host and they can arrange something with you. if they can't amend ID protection now, they can update the WHOIS details to another address, such as an office, other address etc.

The easiest way is probably to login to your domain registrar and activate 'WHOIS Protection' if they offer it as standard with their domains. Then they should replace your information with some other nonsense.

If it is a .co.uk domain you can hide it in your Nominet Control Panel.

Also, if the domain is with your host, then they might make it private for free. I know EVOHOSTING do. :)
