Well i need an iframe for my template, could one of you set it out for me.. + Rep will be added, please reply if you would like to help me :)

eh heh, i dont understand the coding, :) im kinda a 'n00b' at iframes thats why im asking if someone could set it up for me, + rep for the help anyways :)

dont do it miniwillows way its n00bish just slice the layout, code it and place the iframe in a table, Iframe code:
<iframe src="URL" width="100%" height="100%" name="bob" frameborder="0"></iframe>

and to target links into an iframe then use the following code:
<a href="URL" target="bob">Home</a>
:)
