basically i was kinda seeing this boy, and we were all happy and ****, and then it kinda just deteriorated.. and we both said some things and ect.
but now i PROPER miss him, but i don't know how he feels?
i don't know whether to tell him, or wait for him to contact me!?

It depends how your situation is.. what has been said and how one feels all effects what you are likely to say in comparison to what you are thinking. If you like him then go ahead and tell him how you feel, don't wait on him because he is the boy and think it's his responsibility, just be honest in what you actually think and say it!
You will soon know what his feelings are for you and will allow for him to explain his side.

If it turns out he doesn't want anything more to do with you then you have made your effort, you can do no more if he is that way and so be confident and move on or move forward in what you thoughts and feelings tell you, people can say try this or go somewhere, get talking again but in the end only you can act on what you are thinking inside you.
