I wouldn't advise you installing this manually, your best bet would be to uninstall sam broadcaster and anything related to mysql. Then install Sam broadcaster again and it should work.

Best of luck,
Richard.

What is the version of SAM are you trying to install and what is your operating system i.e. xp, vista etc.?

This sometimes happens with the wrong My SQL settings from the actual download mirror.

What browser there using won't make any difference. The mirrors are compatible with all browsers. As I said if your the best with computers I wouldnt bother installing maunally as something may go wrong, uninstall everything related to MySQL & Sam Broadcaster, Restart your computer / laptop then install Sam Broadcaster again (It is vital to restart after you uninstall / delete all of there components)

It does- vista works differently to SAM more or less because it's not as compatable to it as XP.

Yes I know on my Vista the auto My SQL wouldn't work, I had to do it via Firebird- if that is what he meant.
