when i used to go on holiday they had crepes that are like pancakes and i had cheese and ham on it :)

but if it was sweet i would have lemon and sugar

If it's those kind, lightly toasted and buttered is heaven. But normal Pancake Day ones are always sugar & lemon ;).

Depends on the pancakes. Ordinary american pancaked then maple syrup, thin large pancakes then sugar

i never really have them

i used to have the really mini ones with chocolate spread on
those were yummy

but i usually just have them on pancake day with sugar and lemon! and i like it
when the sides are slightly burnt, dunno why, but ya
