My club (City) are playing on Monday night against West Ham. Think we guessed the number on the dice so we're playing at home. Should be a cracker, we go top of the Habbo leaderboard if we win. Think we'll win. Missing our star striker though, he's got a temp ban for flooding the welcome lounge. Habbo FIFA is mega now.

What's this habbo leaderboard thing? I haven't really been on habbo for a good year, and I last logged on in August.

Shame Habbo FIFA is getting popular again then. It seemed to have died down when I left... Going to log on habbo now. Pmsl.

No?... Habbo used to be fun anyway. It was the only way I could really talk with my cousin and have fun with him since he lives near Blackpool (120 miles away). Then we both got an xbox and that was the last of habbo for me really. Lmao.

Ah I didn't realise he was joking to be honest. It is hard to tell sarcasm on here though. Someone had the same thing as me to be honest. I was mainly into habbo trading/casino's, my cousin then brought me into FIFA and we had good fun playing together. Now we just go on the xbox though and play real FIFA lmao.

Shame my xbox went bust though. :( 3 months without it, I have a life!

Just because he doesn't think that Wolves aren't going to win doesn't mean he isn't a good Wolves fan :P Sunderland are a good team and any realistic fan would say on paper that Sunderland look better, but then again Wolves have the potential to beat them so I can see why your confident. There's noting wrong with being optimistic too so really I think your both wrong about each other but you have the right to be optimistic or not, it just depends who you are.

i no stats dont count, but i think you'll find we beat you on every single stat, apart from fouls. ;)

good game though, very good game, was hoping for a point from it, but the attacking performance made up for it.

conclusion: simply, both defences were crap, sunderland took their chances and we didn't.

Basically, our first penalty wasn't. The second was good. Then you scored off an own goal, and a free-kick in the box. Then we stormed away. Jones with a stunner, Michael Turner with a great header and Mancienne turning it into his own box. So really, there were only 4 "good" goals in the bunch, and 3 were ours. ;)

yeh but you scored two penalties and bents goal was actually manciennes goal, which was unlucky for us, and we didn't deserve it.

taking that info consideration, and what you just said, it would have been 1-1.

Ok, lets run through this.

Jones penalty, 1-0
Free kick in box 1-1
Jones again 2-1
Turner 3-1

What's wrong with those goals?

And how can you say you had more shots than us, we beat you 4-2 and we didn't take our chances?

Sunderland can consider themselves fairly lucky to come away with a 5-2 win over Wolves at the Stadium of Light on Sunday.

So sounds like you were lucky although im not going to say that as i did not watch the game so will comment when MOTD2 comes on.

Anywaysss we played Bolton, lost 2-1 diddnt deserve it though, i was happy when we scored in the 86 min, and we should have pushed on to get a win, but insted our defence fell asleep (AGAIN) and its amusing that i say again, because every goal we have conceded this season has being due to our defence sleeping, and we have the joint 2nd best defence in the premierleague so far!

So I just got back from studying for my honour in football, and it turns out its true: the team who scores the most goals deserves to win. Huh, who knew?

Ha, I like your sarcasm.

Yes, you obviously 'deserved to win' but the score line flattered you, and Wolves deserved a draw from the game, but as I have said before, we didn't take our chances.

Nah seriously though, like Andy said, Bent was drilling the shot across the keeper into far post, but Mancienne turned it into his own net. But yeah, so if you didn't take your chances what makes you think you deserve a point!? fgfhhgfhgfgdgfsfgsfgsg

take a look at the stats that I just showed you.

Anyway, on the performance you put in against us today, a newly promoted team, you will be nothing but a 12th-14th placed team.

8th/9th more realistic.
and how were we lucky? you scored two lucky goals...
first he couldnt get out of the way of, and the second was from a freak accident by rico, which you missed anyway and were lucky to score the rebound.

Sunderlands first goal = lucky. Sunderlands Last goal = lucky but might have gone in the other corner anyway.

Wolves first goal was lucky but probably would have gone in anyway. Wolves 2nd goal was also a bit wierd and lucky but a fair goal.

Probably should have been 3-1 if your going to base it on what should have happened, but at the end of the day it was 5-2, so either way Sunderland won and had the best chances even if Wolves had more.

When de he say we were lucky? The actual quote says that our defence was horrible, but because we have such quality up front we got away with it.

Just got back from West Ham game. 3-1 woop! West Ham played good, but City truly showed how they were worth £200m. De Jong should have been man of the match, and I honestly can't see where Robinho would come into this squad with Petrov's performance today. Unless Petrov goes to Spurs which I hope he doesn't.

Yeah he was out of order for saying your not a proper Wolves fan, but there's no need to re-act like that... Also, I was going to Arsenal games when I was 14 so that's not really an excuse :P

EDIT: Wow, a lot of posts in the last few mins so most of my post has no relevance really..

Anyway, 2-0 Sunderland imo.
I've just got a short temper. If you go back in the thread, you'll see my other reasons apart from me being 14.

Anyway,

Sunderland 5-2 Wolves

We were unlucky, simple as that. Sunderland did play well, but 2 of their goals could easily of been given as offside, meanwhilst their first penalty wasn't a penalty in my opinion. Also, we should of had a penalty ourselves. So if all the key decisions went our way in this game, we could of found ourselves on the right end of a 3-2 victory. We played well. But, that's football and we need to move on from this loss. In a way, I'm relieved in believing that this was our day to have the majority of the decisions NOT go our way, so that our day of unluckiness this season is out of the way - I hope. I like Steve Bruce and in the post-match interview you could tell he wasn't all too pleased with the defensive and all-round display from his team.

Onwards and upwards to the Pompey game.

UTW.
