Hotel Views Gone Forever?!

What do you see when you look at the above image?

A collection of Hotel Views? New firni? Well Luucaz on Habborator.org (http://www.habborator.org/msgboard/thread.php?forum=0&thread=877) saw the disappearance of Country Hotel Views and after actually thinking about it I am starting to agree.

Now this is just an idea but it may be true. This is what Luucaz had to say.


Supposed to be in a article saying goodbye to old hotel and hand. Full name is art_byebyebighand_hotels.gif. Bye bye hand, but also bye bye hotels. I'm afraid that beta hotel view will be replaced by a generic new one, no country specific hotelviews anymore. I find that kinda awful.


I am going to try and get in contact with some people and find out if it is true, but what do you guys think on the subject?

I think they'll have a global hotel view ~ it would make things so much easier for them to update.

It would be good to have the furni but I think that is seriously stupid getting rid of the hotel views. People probably complained that when they go onto another hotel its not there hotel they see and its racism or something ridiculous like that.

it's probably because when you use beta you can resize the screen. but with the old hotel views you couldn't stretch it.. Maybe they will make a view that is ablew to be stratched or soemthing.

As only UK, NL and US Hotel Views are featured on both the furni and the image in the first post. Perhaps it's those 3 hotels are getting new Hotel Views and the rest will keep their old ones when Old Habbo closes?

I love hotel view, when I'm on that is, because it's great to go afk on.. and also, wouldn't it be awesome if they had like one huge international hotel? like every country in one hotel (and probably sections like Britain, America, Netherlands) etc within the hotel... so people don't get confused. habbo isnt www.habbohotel.co.uk now like it used to be and i dont think Habbo Staff really see it as a hotel.

i duno just giving possible reasons as to why the hotel view isnt there...

Maybe Sulake have realised that the term "Hotel" implies that you come to stay for a little bit and then leave. Whereas they want people to come and spend as much money as possible and stay for as long as they can.

Oh I'm not fussed - wouldn't it be good if like Habbo had a like airport thing or infobus type thing where it transports you to another hotel (would be hard what with usernames) and you could swap money there and put furniture in the USA hotel etc etc, would be so cool!

They could easily allow you to be able to go on foreign hotels (without furni etc) by using a sort of namespacing system. E.G. my username would become something like "UK.Invent!", "UK\Invent!", etc instead of just Invent!. Would be pretty cool.

i dont understand this really. but thats companies for you they spend good money changing things that arent broken! i mean why?!? we've always known it as habbo hotel and love it that way so why change it. the success they've got through the hotel is multi millions of ££. so they dont need to change it from a hotel to whatever.

a new hotel view. a brand new impressive structure of a building i would like though. this is the united kingdom so how about a hotel that looks like the millenium dome in london?? or butlins/centre parcs?? or some other landmark building.

dosent necessarily mean the whole concept is going to be scrapped. could be that beta (judging by the cranes) is the construction of a brand new hotel view that depicts some sort of a landmark here in the UK

I don't think they should have a standard hotel view for each country as this is what makes each hotel have its own individuality. Also, the hotel view is one of the best features (in terms of looks) in the hotel.
