Hey, I'm having a little problem, getting a few spots - ahhh!
So, what's the best cream/treatment to have that will get rid of them!
My mum suggested going to the doctors, so I went and he gave me some tablets and cream, I stuck to them and they just didn't work?
Before you say wash your face, I wash myself everyday and make sure I'm clean.
I really want rid of them now, so help :(!

I heard lying out in the sun helps. I have also heard that putting ToothPaste on them will work.

Well if they are appearing and you continually wash your face, its could just be acne, do they look like normal spots or like red blemishes on your skin? If they're red blemishes the best thing to do it just stick to what the doctors given you cause acne spots aren't the same as normal spots, you can't get rid of them as easily, they more or less go down on their own.

It has to be plain white, no other colour in it :P.

I've got some plain white toothpaste, and if I lie in the sun I burn LOL - i went america and i got a tan but ye, took my 3 weeks to get one.
Anyhow, I'll try the toothpaste treatment :P
+rep to both of you :}
whenever by face gets sun burnt all my spots go. When i went to FL this easter i had no spots, barbados this summer - no spots. So migrate to somewhere on the east coast of the USA orr i use sudocrem (yes the stuff you but on babies asses) but it works for me. So yeah (A)
Tooth paste just dries them out, if you wanna get rid of spots you need to drink a lot of water, use a cream such as "Sudocrem" or get antibiotics from your doctor. If you eat a lot of greasy food it won't help either.

Dont wash your face too much lol, I used to wash my face like three times a day and it messed up my skin cos I was using clean and clear which I discovered after has some ingredient in it that made my skin really bad :P

Exfoliate, moisturise.
toothpaste will burn like hell.
the grease in the takeaways probably dont help.
the cream or w.e probably didn't work because it's most likely for "achne", like the genetic fing or w.e idk.
yaknow savlon the anti septic stuff?? put that on them, no pain or whatever, reduces the redness n makes them disappear :)

this sounds proper gay but i find washing my face with just water, then washing it with a babywipe keeps my skin in tiptop condition :)

seriously, simple sensitive baby wipes.
im not joking.
keep on with what the doctors given you for 3 months, then if it still hasnt worked then go back to the doctors and theyll tell you what to do next

The cream I use is effective: It's called PanOxyl and it basically just eats away the top layer of skin making the spots go quicker. It says it needs to be applied to really clean skin though so I combine it with washing my face with SebaMed. I'm pretty sure you can get both these things without prescription.
Antibiotics aren't really for the face, but more for the back and chest area, they may fight some spots on the face, They also take a few months to actually kick in and do their work! :]
Use Biore Nose strips they get rid off black heads which lead to spots
And clean your face with exfoliating face scrub
I recommend 'Simple' Exfoliating facial scrub with oil balance's
I like it and there's no added perfume so your not gassed out! :L

aaalight i not affriad i have spots. ive seen the doctors mine where really badd, the doctor gave me cream called "QUINDERM" you have to apply 2-3 times dailyy its cost around 4 quid to purchase without prescription but it wont just be sitting on the counter it will be behind the till, also this " PANOxly" THIS GUY TALK ABOUT IS NOT A CREAM IS ACCTAULLY A facial wash which you should use once a day, getting rid of spots dosent happen just over night like Clearasiel say it takes more than that usally 1-6months ive been using this treatment for about 4 months some weeks i have no spots some times they just come back, but try to stay away from clerasil etc they dont work they just get rid of the natural oils in your skin which make your skin dry and lifeless, i also suggest if you still attend school is to try and aviod touching the tables and touching youf face, i found out thats how i got my spots try it when u go to skl rubb your hands on the table and go to the bathroom and wash your hands see how much dirt is acctaully on the table, hope this helped i only have a few remaining spots small ones by using " quiniderm " and ps. purchase Ganier exofliating wash it cost 1.60 from superdrug trust it will work.

dab some bleach on a cotton pad and cleanse that dirtiness away, domestos is probably the best but toilet duck works quite well too
