Has anybody elses school done this?

Well, Im currently in y10 and when we picked our options, They gave us college courses and we go to college once a week for the day (Thursdays for me). I got into Aeronautical Engineering (Aeroplane engineering), was the hardest course to get on :D

Anyone, has your school done this?

Some of the courses at my school were made so you travelled to the college once or twice a week, I didn't do them though. And sounds like quite an interesting course you're doing :).

Yeah, a bunch of kids in my year go to college on our options days (we have 1/2 days a week where all our lessons are the options we picked, it was introduced with our 2 week timetable this year). They go to college then :)

Lol, you go by taxi :D. My school has a personal bus that only certain teachers could drive (they had to pass a 'special test'), somehow for some weird reason it was always my engineering teacher who had to drive them, he was always late to our lesson cause of it :@.

Yeah my school did this. I took BTEC First Dimploma in Media.
In yr 10 I went on Wednesdays then in yr 11 I went on Thursdays. We had to make our own there and everything but I loved it :)

nah, never given such opportunities when i went school.

but only if you were kicked out of school to do hair & beauty / construction. which is epic fail.

Maybe you should have said the 'Learning Support Department', that's what my school called lt, or LSD (which is also a drug :O).

Yeah my school takes a load of people to the college for diploma qualifications.
They go every monday and wednesday (option days for us who didn'ty choose a diploma course.)
