I remember reading in another thread that you earn quite a bit annually. So when I saw this thread I knew it was just an excuse to tell everyone what you do, sorry but you know I'm right.

You couldn't be more wrong. Everyone already knows what I do for a living. This was for other people. If I had wanted an "excuse" I would have blurted it out in my very first post. Did I? No.

Well that's the thing, you're obviously not going to say "what is your job mine is blah blah blah" in your first post. You waited until a few posts came in and then did it...

Oh please, a job is a job.

I've had a colourful career history... currently though I am a full time student working part time at ASDA (yeah baby) as what we call a "runner"(-in training) which is basically a checkout supervisor who performs overrides, deals with complaints, rectifies colleague mistakes and that kinda stuff. Jumped up Checkout Assistant basically!

I'm also probably gonna start volunteering for Citizens Advice Bureau giving legal advice to people that need it - it's an excellent way to gain kudos on your UCAS application for a law degree and also looks good when you apply for pupillage.

Shelf stacking ftw!! It's a really good job to do when you are 16/17, alright pay and quite fun if you have similar aged staff.
